GENERAL QUESTIONS

Our company is located in Ningbo, an important port city in eastern China near Shanghai, boasting one of the world’s busiest international ports.
We maintain the confidentiality of our product selection to protect DYNO clients’ competitive advantage, which is why we do not publish bestseller lists or catalogs. Clients can submit product links or images for our professional sourcing team.
We do not release our inventory catalogs. Should the product you submit for quotation be in stock, you will benefit from expedited same-day fulfillment.
If a product is listed on AliExpress, we can almost certainly source it from a manufacturer. As long as it remains in production and is not restricted by exclusive agreements or trademarks, our sourcing team will find and fulfill it for you.
- Dropshipping: Minimum 30 total daily orders across all products. Your store must be active and processing at least 30 orders per day.
- Branded Dropshipping: Minimum 100 daily orders.
- Private Label: Minimum 10 daily orders.

COMMUNICATION
Once you’re onboarded, our fulfillment team will guide you through integrating our service into your store—it’s quick and simple!
Our primary communication platform is WhatsApp. We also support Telegram, Slack, and Discord, which are widely used by our clients.

Fulfillment teams are carefully assigned based on availability and workload.

PROCESSING
Once you’ve completed onboarding and been assigned a dedicated fulfillment team, they will guide you through the simple process of integrating our service with your store.
Lead or processing time is normally 1–3 business days, depending on the manufacturer’s response speed. Our fulfillment team will notify you of any production delays prior to purchase.
Once a product is confirmed as a bestseller, we will provide free stocked inventory, enabling expedited pick and pack services.
We will process quotations based on the product information you provide and assess whether we can supply the item.
Once confirmed, our agents will send an all-inclusive quote to your dedicated fulfillment group via WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, or Slack.
The quote covers packing and shipping to your destination country, and you will only pay the quoted amount with no hidden fees.
Once our agents are integrated with your store, order fulfillment will be processed automatically. You will receive instant alerts for any issues requiring your attention.
Everything is included in your quote from DYNO: product cost, shipping, and all applicable fees. The price you see is the exact amount you pay—no hidden charges.
Yes. Discounts are available for bundle orders, as no extra barcode fees apply for additional parcels. However, weight charges still apply.

Yes. We provide size charts and customized charts tailored to your target market. Clothing tags and labels can also be adjusted accordingly.
The DYNO team can assist you in completing SKU information. However, certain Shopify stores require mandatory SKU fields that cannot be left blank.
If SKUs are mandatory, we recommend that you fill them in advance using the format: Product Title + Color + Size.
We offer bulk purchasing arrangements for clients with consistent and ongoing orders. Bulk orders require full upfront payment, and clients will receive regular updates on inventory status.
Of course! We are happy to continue working with any existing suppliers you currently use and wish to keep.
SOURCING & QC
Once we receive your product details, our sourcing team will first cross-reference them against our internal product database and trusted suppliers.
If no match is found, we will then conduct additional searches through online and offline channels.
Absolutely! Quality control is our top priority, which is why we have a dedicated QC team of over 100 professionals.
Every item is inspected before being added to inventory, and a final quality check is conducted right before packing and shipment.
PAYMENTS
Payment can be made by PayPal,Payoneer,Wise, Currenxie, Bank transfer,etc. All currencies supported. We do not directly process credit cards at this time. Clients who would like to pay with credit card could be paid via Payoneer or PayPal.
Payment confirmation is necessary for packages to be released for shipping.
Longer payment terms can be agreed upon on a case to case basis. Clients with consistent orders and longer term cooperation can benefit from increased cash flow with longer payment terms. Your fulfillment team will inform you once extended terms can be applied for.
PACKAGING
Our downloads page features a PDF with a wide range of packaging options. Clients are welcome to submit their preferred packaging designs, and our team will source and produce them accordingly.
No. Products are shipped in their original OEM packaging, and clothing is sent in plain mailer bags.
All items are then packed in either blank cardboard boxes or standard plain mailers, with no Chinese text anywhere on the packaging.
SHIPPING
We offer a premium shipping channel for select routes. It is faster but more expensive than standard shipping. Pricing depends on the destination country, as well as parcel size and weight.
Shipping costs are calculated per shipment, based on parcel size, weight, and destination country.
The all-inclusive quote provided by our sourcing team already includes all shipping and handling fees.
